not sure what Ares is, but if it is a music download site, all you have to do is map the location of the music that was downloaded. open up the zune software, go to settings, collection, and add folder under the music locations. then find where all the music from Ares is stored, select that folder and hit OK. then the software should automatically load the songs (as long as they are in the correct format and DRM free) then it is just like syncing any other song.

first….the zune pass is only for music…there is no movie content on the zune marketplace at this time. so you can just forget about it. and i dotn know for sure if the music will work on the ipods or not. you should just sell the ipod and get a zune. it is a better player anyway.

If you sign up for the Zune pass you cannot use them with your iPod. They are DRM protected with no way to take it off. Plus you are renting them with the pass. You don’t own them. If you did get the Zune pass you would have to continue it in order to be able to play most of what you download. I think it comes with a 10 songs you can keep deal per month but can’t say for sure.

The only problem with the flashdrive is if the song from zune is not mp3 format, it won’t go into itunes, so therefore you will need to do it by way of a cd. I hope this helps you out. you must be confused theres no 24gb one. if you have a iphone 3G and you’re still on 2.2 NOT 2.2.1, you can unlock after jailbreaking. just search on youtube for a tutorial. if you’re on 2.2.1 there’s no hope at the moment.
if you have the 2G (2 colour back) you can unlock using quickpwn and you can get a good tutorial frotype of intros. Most of these people are really good at what they do and went and earned that knowledge the hardway, and I’m sure bricked a few iphones along the way (and often learned to unbrick them as well)
