do yourself a favor and download ONLY the converter, and not the whole suite.Mac DVD ripper could rip DVD to AVI, multiform videos/audios Rip DVD movie to video and audio formats including AVI, MPEG, WMV, MP4, DivX, H.264/AVC, MOV, 3GP, 3GP2, MP3, WAV, WMA, AC3, M4A, OGG, RA, AU, etc.
After installation, drag and drop the .mov or .mp4 file over to the interface and convert it to one of the profiles listed below.
I’m not sure of the native video codec Zune uses, but it should be .mp4 or .wmv or even .avi so you can try those.

well you would have to download a video converter. The one I use is freeware (Free, virus free, believe me) and called 3GP Video Converter.

I called the Zune support number, but it was just a stupid Foreigner I couldn’t understand.

Open your Zune program and log in.
Click on settings>account>my account.
Log in again if you need to.
Then click on register Zune.
It will tell you there what type of warranty you have and when it expires.
