You could try zipping it (WinZip) and see if that compresses it enough.Chances are you need to reduce the resolution of the pictures. Some digital cameras include photo editing software that lets you make email-able (smaller) versions of photos. I’m not sure but I think Picasa 3 from Google may be able to reduce the resolution and file size of your images.
