You have to move the file into that folder and then Zune should upload it automatically depending on your settings.
Movies can only be a certain format to work on the Zune, MP4 I believe it is (a couple of others but that one works best). It won’t play AVI’s which is what 90% of downloaded movies are. You’ll need a converter.

you have to move the file to the folder that your Zune takes movies out of.
In settings you should be able to find a videos spot and it probly goes to My Videos or something.
Then open the Zune software, click the Videos tab then drag and drop the video.

The only thing I can think of is that it’s the wrong format. If it isn’t in WMV or MP4, it won’t play.
